We have opted to provide this service to our customers because we feel that great music can be made with instruments even when they have had a prior owner. Items in this program are marked as “Used Gear” and are sold at a discounted price. Birdlandmusic.net only sells used gear that we consider to be in excellent playing condition. If you have instruments you would like to put on our website as ¨Used Gear,¨ please call us and be ready to provide details of the instrument.

For Buyers:

Items are sold “As is” and may have cosmetic blemishes and evidence of wear from prior use. The product details on our website attempts to describe the product to the best of our knowledge. For more details on a particular product you can call us at 1-866-446-4135 from 10am-6pm (EST) Monday through Friday.

If you wish to exchange your used gear for New Gear or sell used gear through our recycling program, please call us to discuss.

We offer a 15-day guarantee period from the time you receive the product if you wish to return it or exchange it for a new item; however, returned items will be charged for all shipping costs.
